We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in hampers if a specific cheese is temporarily unavailable. We will notify you before dispatch.
Orders placed online or by telephone constitute an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and contactless payment in store.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice, though confirmed orders are honoured at the price stated at checkout.
We deliver across the United Kingdom using chilled courier services. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
You must ensure someone is available to receive chilled deliveries. We are not liable for spoilage caused by failed delivery attempts where no safe place was designated.

Non-perishable hamper accessories (knives, boards) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
